Yes, right? Walking pulled me through various stages of my being. It's like, what do you have when you leave everything and just be on the road? You have yourself. So the weights start to shift and find their places. And you can reconnect to them from where you are and deal with them without letting them get into your head. 🤍
I love leaving my phone behind during walks for this reason. Spending time with your own thoughts is so healthy and healing.
