If laws like these end up passing, wouldn't it mean that the Constitution is not working in practice? nostr:note18qzh9f7rngkcwdj8ac5j6l7zl796jajly68fvjzj5aggvdynqd8seemwad
Constitution is obsolete.
This is why there is so much new spite for the supreme court, talk of term limits, packing it, criminal investigations etc Unconstitutional laws are passed all the time. It also takes time for the most unconstituional to be over ruled. It is a system of men and therefore flawed. It feels as though it is not working because more and more people do not value the constitution or hold it literally.
SEC rules are not laws, and can now be challenged in court.
