I wonder where those guys are from. I’ve seen Chinese policing nations with people from other nations.

Looks like a few of the local Venezuelan police have actually abdicated 

 Hmm, Chinese assemble iPhone and build roads. Not known for biker gangs 

 I’m not saying they are specifically Chinese. I’m referring to the tactic of policing nations with foreigners. 

I’m sure America does it just as much if not more than China 

 Why wouldn't they? It's their job
