I'm on Nostrudel. I had a bunch of in-app relays listed, but I just removed them all. Gonna stick to my mailboxes, which are all AUTH.

I have wine, but I actually use their filter.nostr.wine, which is much better because it's WOT. 

 ahhh ok. yeah i thought I got rid of relay guy but he's still around damn. gonna have to go indepth on this! 

 Clear the cache. 

 filter.nostr.wine is the one place where im getting replyguy
