 You could technically just use only 2 relays and be fine in terms of access to #nostr if you used Blastr for sending and UNOstr for receiving.

 Not really, you need to make sure those relays are well synced with others and blast 

My relay syncs with all the major relays  
 That's not how Blastr or UNOstr work. There is no mirroring.  
 It requires a centralized service to stream events back to you..... 

Unostr is not a blastr like you say:
This relay relay will stream as many possible events from as many possible online relays. This relay does NOT support saving or blasting events. 
 Rather than having to have your client connect to multiple websocket connections, you just have only the one with UNOstr. 
 The end-user experience is mostly spam then.

It relies on the relays it fetches from to handle those things. Again you're not even understanding the purpose of this and looking at it through a lense of this supposed to be something it's not.
