This kind of alarmism is a one way street and will only stop when everything above 20°C is titled a dangerous heat wave and everything below 10 °C dangerous cold. People shouldn't be allowed to leave their houses when conditions are dangerous (see Covid reasoning).

You can see it in everything "regulated" as regulation is mostly about defining ever safer conditions. The safest and most controllable condition is death.

No wonder regulation through regulation in the end kills the one thing it wanted to protect in the first place - life.
