Depends on ethnicity. 

Sometimes it's good raw. 
Sometimes it's only ok raw after adding lemon. 

Other times if you don't cook it you'll end up with Montezuma's revenge🤷🏽 

 I hadn't tried lemon before but ketchup or syrup are known to work. I prefer syrup 👀
