 Reverse sear is the only way imo.  At 115 degrees though you gonna be there a while. 😂 
 Takes about 30 minutes or so. It’s not terrible. That’s when I fire up the charcoal so gotta wait on that anyway. 
 I usually do mine at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes and then 60 seconds on each side for a perfect medium rare.
