I love how sometimes the Universe is like "Hey, I know you think you understand the world around you, but I need to show you something" 😅 That was a great interview to read. I hope it represents what you wanted it to by doing it.

While obviously racists exist, the elephant in that article for me was : the intelligence agencies, from all countries, are in there running a certain number of those accounts for psyop purposes, and in all likelihood, they're running as many of them as needed to have the desired effect To me it would be great to see what the real, natural numbers of active racists would be . maybe I'm naive but I think it would be generally inconsequential the caveat to that is that it's importance would be contextual: if the society is doing well, it will be inconsequential. If it's doing shit, like now, perhaps it could be the spark of something horrendous. As it is said: don't shoot the messenger isn't it better to get a real-time temperature check of things? after reading about the Bolsheviks, the various Jewish progroms and the middle ages witch hunts trying to suppress this is liketrying to suppress a virus, and we know how that works out. to me these outbursts of violence have nothing to do with race or ethnic hate and everything to do with Humans under massive states of fear that are not being skillfully addressed, so they pick on marginal communities and people this model of surveillance and censorship isn't working, and it's never going to work I don't have specific bright ideas, but I'm sure of this much

It's a good piece with broad coverage. You did right by Myanmar. Many talk about helping Rohingya communities but rarely take action. Blocking a country's economy harms the people more than the gov't. US politics is also troubling—people box themselves into red and blue prisons. Sorry you’ve become the scapegoat for both sides. Hopefully, people can break free from these chains and focus on improving the country. Keep doing you. It’s good.
