Told them I’d answer any questions. Gave good contactable references. Makes no sense…

 Parts of it… the point of grants is to support active development, isn’t it? Bounties are for completed works. 

 We’ll get it released either way, just a little frustrating. Especially for my team members that deserve it — some of them are working their asses off.
