 Day 20/31 65 minutes from a back and triceps workout. My 7yo snuck down and worked out with me for some of it. lifting heavy on a Friday feels good.

The health benefits are through the roof from strength training. 
 for sure, strength training is underrated even after all this time :) but yes, deadlifts and rows kicked my butt
