Sorry I wasn't around lately and won't be for the next week or so. Life went haywire on too many fronts.
The most important: my tomcat is doing fine, he recovers well and yesterday went for a supervised stroll in the garden. Unfortunately I need to go on a business trip tomorrow, but he is well looked after by my amazing catsitters. Actually, most of my day today was strategically planning how to juggle his needs and their availability/skills, but now I can go relieved with everything planned. 

 Bottomline: I appreciate you all and your kind messages gave me a lot of strength, but I just missed the spoons to be around. :11111:
