@8003f79d Yes and no, it seems to me. Yes, all media are owned by oligarchs who have a less than admirable agenda vis-a-vis democracy. But there's surely a qualitative difference between, say, Fox News and the Washington Post.
@f884fa2b Only from where we sit Bill. Hannity, Carlson, Ingraham viewers believe the exact opposite. The trick is that when we fight each other, we ignore them.
@8003f79d Well, yes, their goal is to keep those on the left always divided, gnawing away at each other. And those of us standing to the left of center are very susceptlbe to being played in just that way and all too eager to attack each other rather than standing together against the real threat to all of us.
