 @a153a841 If you can get it to fail with a 500, I need to see the response from the failing /api/v2/media POST in the inspector's network tab, not just the list of requests.

Otherwise until I get a complaint from a second person, I'm assuming this is a caching issue or something on your end. I'm unable to reproduce the problem.
