Grevillea macleayana in coastal heathland near Ulladulla, NSW. These coastal forms with mostly entire, elliptic leaves + showy pink/red toothbrush racemes offer a lot of potential as garden plants but don't seem to be as common in nurseries as they were in the 80s/90s when growers still propagated actual species. Generally listed as rare but locally common at Ulladulla and around Jervis Bay. #Grevilleas #Proteaceae #OzPlants #Biodiversity #Ecology #Botany #Photography #Spring #InTheField https://mediacdn.aus.social/media_attachments/files/111/073/835/203/633/293/original/661ca7f82ad87af8.jpg https://mediacdn.aus.social/media_attachments/files/111/073/835/899/380/595/original/f7ca2a575e07bafe.jpg https://mediacdn.aus.social/media_attachments/files/111/073/835/939/347/491/original/a40f5fd34d4d9e6e.jpg https://mediacdn.aus.social/media_attachments/files/111/073/840/608/770/295/original/b921fbc480c0ddc9.jpg
