Swan has filed the suit against the company’s former Investment Director, Patrick Furlong; former Head of Business Development, Michael Holmes; former Investment Analyst, Rafael Monteleone; former Investment Director, Santhiran Naidoo; former Junior Investment analyst, Enrique Romualdez; former Software Engineer, Lucas Vasconcelos; and two companies allegedly connected to the defendants, Proton Management and Ilios Corporation.
