“We’re all going to make it.”
This is what WAGMI meant, and it was always a delusion peddled by crypto influencoors to whom “making it” meant getting rich at the ignorance and on the backs of others. It was never possible, and it was never real.
When you realize that proof of work actually means making something, creating something, building something that lasts, that’s when it becomes more than just an empty catch phrase.
Then—and only then—can you say that we’re all going to MAKE IT.
I hope that we all make it.
… but I watched five seasons of Walking Dead and I now know that WAGMI is definitely not happening
Very well said 👌 the only way WAGMI makes sense for bitcoiners
WAGMI is a shitcoining phrase. Don’t think it applies to Bitcoin since a Bitcoiner “knows” WAGMI & doesn’t need to say it out loud.
A shitcoiner on the other hand however needs to keep saying out loud as a way to provide “hope” & a sense of belief their shitcoin which is 99% down will have a comeback. 🤓
