🥥 When I first got to #NewYorkCity in 1971 I was constantly befuddled about determining my location until a kind person pointed out this fact about avenues and streets to me.
I hope it came across as an attempt to be helpful.

 @8e66f3ca Oh yes, came across as helpful.  Taking pictures and trying to make notes of where I am at the time can be difficult, at least for me. It was my first day in the big city on a brief 3-day visit.
So glad you liked the image and happy to have provided you with a good memory!
