It's sad that you don't know. No wonder Nostr sucks so much . Nostr devs needs to examine the competition first....This speaks a lot. 

1. Simple Administrative Controls.
2. Local Communities and Federated Timelines.
3. Functional Web Clients
4. Real Federation with other instances 
5. Built-in support for Media uploads
6. Custom Emojis
7. Really good server backends unlike our crappy relay software 

There is so much more that I can't name them all

 To be fair, Alex Gleason is doing most of this with Ditto now. he gets it.
