I believe she said she would sign the bipartisan bill that was being crafted before Trump ordered the GOP to kill it so he could gripe about Biden not doing anything about it. If adding miles of wall (pretty useless), so be it. Compromises are necessary, sorry if that offends your righteous sense. You don't get everything you want in a democracy. 

 Everytime I've heard her speak, she's said nothing of substance, lied, or supported both sides of an argument. Arguments that are zero sum. 

And Trump can't order the GOP around. The power structure simply doesn't operate in the style of the Democrats. At least, not openly as we've seen on the Dem's side over the past few decades.
