The thing about U.S law is that it's not absolute. This isn't me saying it doesn't matter if it's illegal, it's me saying that if you piss off the U.S government or a supremely wealthy journalist badly enough, they'll *make* it illegal by charging you with obscenity no matter what the content of it may be. They'll find a way. Ultimately, the material in question is *not* illegal in the united states as per Ashcroft V. Free Speech Association and more. It's only going to get you in trouble if you piss off some extremely powerful people and they throw enough money at it to give you the first obscenity charge in well over 10 years; I even asked chatgpt 4o to help me find anything relevant and it fucking couldn't. So essentially, as long as actual CSAM or importation of sanctioned physical goods isn't involved, there is zero risk to yourself. There is no case law at all in any period of time where someone got arrested for hosting a website with fictional material posted on it. Especially not in U.S jurisdiction. https://s3.poster.place/poster-media/019bc50287618d6da47f83b05a6c86032e80c34341a2b72904f12ab50e5bd1f6.png
