Ultimately, the material in question is *not* illegal in the united states as per Ashcroft V. Free Speech Association and more. It's only going to get you in trouble if you piss off some extremely powerful people and they throw enough money at it to give you the first obscenity charge in well over 10 years;

So essentially, as long as actual CSAM or importation of sanctioned physical goods isn't involved, there is zero risk to yourself. There is no case law at all in any period of time where someone got arrested for hosting a website with fictional material posted on it. Especially not in U.S jurisdiction.
