Today I’m plating this distal femur fracture, among a few other simple cases. Image to the left you can see a fracture extending into the distal femur joint surface. I’ll put that piece together with screws, then use a large plate and screws to reduce the main fracture and finalize the construct.
For this work, the hospital will pay about 10,000 sats / minute.
Pretty good if you ask me. I may never retire if they figure out how to stream it in real time.
