 your adding the cost of transporting the Miner + solar panels to orbit for the benefit of solar panel efficiency?  have you looked at the pay back period of this additional cost? 
 This will take time to build. You will not be able to start by sending a s19. I need a very low power proof of concept to start. As far as costs go- I need an old ASIC and a mission from an integrator like nano avionics or astrodigital. They’ll need more technical details for a full quote. 
 if solar panels are at approximately 25% efficient on earth.  the most benefit you could get is 4x.  So you would need 4x the amount of solar panels if your project stayed on earth.  the price to put it into orbit would have to compete against the price of solar panels for this to be economic.  with a price per weight you would be able to estimate the scale of the project where this would be economic.
