 Do you have relays setup for inbox, dms etc or just relays where you read and write?

 If you don’t it’s fairly simple: just replace your free relays with wss://wot.utxo.one and wss://nostrelites.org and you won’t see the spam anymore

 I never used Amethyst. I wouldn’t be able to help you with that part (dm, inbox). Is there another section where you see your relays?

 You can just start with the free inbox relay and upgrade to a paid one if you need to. I’m not sure why @Vitor Pamplona chose to do it this way. Hopefully he can explain.
