Depends how you spend them. Generally I don't like utxos under 10m sats. But I don't consolidate my whole stack in case I need to pay someone, I don't want them to see my whole stack.

So I keep different sizes utxos and my biggest ones are never used for spending

 Case by case basis. If you have lots of utxos below 100k sats probably worth consolidating.  Make sure your not comingle utxos you don't want comingled. 
Kyc sats with non kyc sats for example. 

With fees being so low, really is a no brainer.
