not too sure if it is just a zombie proposal Sjors, when the Netherlands or Belgium will lead for 6 months that will be the stupid country that pushes this proposal trough, without EU citizens really noticing. However I truly hope that this proposal will never ever get voted for.
Belgium was the stupid country before Hungary. As for The Netherlands: it was a stupid country for many years under various ministers of justice. It became unstupid only a few months ago. And may again if the zombie isn't fully killed.
