I may not have the deets on exactly what it does, but I’m pretty sure it does the hole punching and then uses that connection to establish the UDP. I actually think Mad said Keet is run over UDP now that I think of it… 🤔 If I’m wrong about Keet specifically then it’s something else built on Pear, because I remember talking to Maf about this exact thing.
