it does NOT take into consideration that some ENGLISH (good/broken/non-native dont care) is spoken/understood  by more than 3 billion in the world. esp take all commonwealth countries 🇵🇭 + pacific + african countries etc  
 This graph is not comprehensive. 
 Remarkable the consolidation in languages that is happening worldwide.  It feels like the ~7,000 languages spoken today will drop dramatically in the next hundred years.  Guessing that the increasingly online world only accelerates this process.
