 Me too, though I've often heard it called the beginner's pov. I love working within the limitations of the 1st person.

Wow, a beginner's POV?

I think writing really good 1st person is hard. Because you have to have a clear plot while being limited to a single person's eyes and experiences. You have to keep it interesting, hide their past until you're ready to reveal it.

Definitely not a simple thing to write well.
