If you're Christian, what do you see in the character of Jesus Christ that you find so admirable?
His patience and firm but loving way of teaching people and correcting errors. It strikes me as the ideal way a father should be towards his children. Also His love for us that led Him to endure death by crucifixion in order to save us. He didn't just take the easy way out and call down angels or fire from heaven, but instead stuck to the plan of salvation and saw it all the way through.
His wisdom and timelessness. I don't look at His words and actions and think He's just a product of a certain time and place, He showed awareness of the World and time before and after Him. When I read the New Testament it feels like I'm being addressed directly, because He knew I (all of us) would read it.
highmindedness
The humility. The sense of a right time and right place of what forgiveness, mercy, and grace looks like and how it ought to be done
Obedience to his cosmic destiny rather than his own desires
