No workouts for me today. I have three ice-times this afternoon, then have to help a friend move a commercial fridge. That, combined with my two dog walks, is enough to justify a day off haha.
No workouts for me on the weekends either. 2 well needed rest days. (I don’t count the push-ups that takes less than 5mins).

I meant as opposed to strength training with weights. This is less intense
Coaching isn't really a workout. I compare it, physically, to a real slow jog. Not exhausting, but can drain the battery after a few hours.
