SFO: Autonomous Car Traps Pedestrian

At approximately 9.35 PM, 911 dispatchers in San Francisco received a report of a pedestrian trapped under a driverless Cruise vehicle at the intersection of Fifth and Market Streets.

Rescuers arrived to find a victim underneath the rear axle of the vehicle which affected immediate rescue.

The patient is in serious condition at San Francisco General Hospital with multiple traumatic injuries.

I don't want to ride my bicycle near an autonomous vehicle. I am surprised we how not seen more of accidents like this.
