At Pana, we've been curious about #UniversalBasicIncome projects, thesis and ideas for 5+years now. 

Several encounters with folks in the academic, non-profit and crypto altruism circles have led us to add this as a State of its own in our Network State. IRL models are drawn from, pilots are conceptualized and might be enshrined in papers or the blockchain. The goal is to pay people a subsidized amount that is "never enough, always supplementary" to buying back a small piece of their own freedom. 

Our crypto/financialistic team believes that tech and money are slaves to humanity and not the other way round. We attempt to proof models around the same.
