 Also, it's weird it says "as a candidate" ... I've only see these things post-employment offer. Is that even legal? I want to say that actually violates equal opportunity employment, but maybe not? 🤷

 Huh .. maybe I have seen those in the application ... I always refuse to specify thee days ... now I wonder who sees that info in the process. Interviewers don't see it. I've never asked an HR person if they do.
