 nobody knows for sure but it's supposed to be good for your skin and joints.
that being said i've tried it for a few months but already seen improvements from strict carnivore. i'd start there before supplementing with anything tbh 
 So from what I've read just quickly, collagen peptides are basically whole animal proteins broken down into smaller peptides so that the body is able to absorb it. Will the body do that for you when you eat meat/carnivore or do you get it another way from those sources?
