I feel I could use an intensive few days teaching and motivating myself about how to use Nostr effectively. 
Can you recommend some podcasts, videos, or other resources to give myself a nudge? So far I just can't get properly going on it and I know others who are the same.

Lastly ask questions on #asknostr when you don't know and people will generally help you
