Yes, there is no harm in that. But Nostr, like any other social space, has its own dynamic. Cross posting and never engaging is bottom of the barrel type of content. The only way to learn how people engage is to be here, using the apps, talking with people. It takes effort and time. Those who do it now will benefit most as nostr grows. But it’s also important to make nostr a place creators want to be IF we actually want more content here.
I think as time goes on ALL types of content will come, this period will be seen as special. The ₿ talk will fade out. Specialized relays, Pokemon relays, footstr relays start to emerge.
I think people won’t realize a Zap is ₿ and we’ll have people using zaps intuitively, that are maybe against ₿ right now.
To me Nostr is the most exciting thing happening on the internet, I see it.
I feel this protocol has the power to rebuild the internet. We are stuck in the modality that nostr is just alternative twitter.
But most of us can clearly see that it's significantly more than that. The power and potential is far beyond just social media.
People on the outside can only judge a book by it's cover and many will conclude nostr is just a less popular version of bitcoin Twitter.
Those ppl are missing the forest for the trees.
