I don't think many of them do. They're just hopping out of the frying pan, hoping for no fire. That's not very bloomer-ish of me, but also probably accurate.

But it's a start, and that's a good thing. We will welcome them with open hearts and unzipped pants. 

 not all of them will stick around. with each wave, we get a few that truly get it. slowly, then suddenly.
