 that's painful, any idea what causes the follows loss?

also, I ended up making lists of my buddies on listr.lol to recover quickly or just see them with no noise

 Considering I’ve already played some with listr.lol maybe that’s the way to go. 
This happened a while ago and I think it was explained to me, but my mind is usually a sieve for technical details.

The middle feed button lets you change to any of your lists. Coracle also allows it and I've asked the primal team to add it
