Women like to claim expertise in unquantifiable "soft skills" because they know full well that you can't fact check them.

To that I issue the following challenge: Name one major world leader who was a woman whose administration wasn't a complete clusterfuck. Thatcher, Merkel, Clinton, they were all disasters. 

 Yeah, that’s using them the wrong way. She’s best used as a wife assisting the guy holding the titles. 

 “Honey, what did you get Lord Abenford for his birthday?”
“Oh, is his birthday coming up?”
“My King! He fields an army second only to you and is an ally to us in parliament.“
“Yea. So?”
“…. I’ll pick something out and send it in your name dear.” 

 This exact dynamic in small biz, too. She might be the thing that keeps the guy tethered to the company w/ small gifts & family support instead of sending him off to higher pay in the corpo sphere
