 @e7e6b122 it feels like there are two main recipes for milk chocolate.

one kind is like Milka or our domesitic Nidar brand.

the other is more like our Freia or Swedish Marabou or Finnish Fazer. i guess it's just how we make it the Nordic countries. maybe that flavour profile isn't found anywhere else?
