Inspiration is really at the heart of what I do. Photography has this beauty and simplicity I want others to feel, too. My background is a bit different—I didn’t go to art school but spent years in the DIY punk scene, touring and making things happen. I think that brings a unique perspective to how I approach both photography and art. 

 Yeah I felt it. I've flipped through photo books before. I got this because I just thought what you were doing was cool.

But turned out I was really struck. The green hoodie one really grabbed me.
