Look at the InternalRelay class. This thing is supposed to be distributing events to the streaming API. We should first add Prometheus metrics to it. Let's add a metric to track the number of active subscriptions and add a graph for it. 

 Provavelmente se você fechar a tampa do notebook e deixar a página do cobrafuma aberta, ao abrir novamente o Notebook, a página do Cobrafuma deveria automaticamente atualizar, sem nenhuma ação do usuário. Assim funciona no nostter.app e no X por exemplo.
