 I think it is because we don't reply to the e-tag, but to the a-tag so that when the version changes, the reply stays.

 Check https://yakihonne.com or the Yakihonne mobile app for iOS and Android. I believe he is replying to a flash news that is published as a note however u may check our client to see what he is talking about.
