South America is coming along in fits and starts. Venezuelans and Argentinians fully awake to the horrors of socialism and getting ready to cast off that ideology into the dustbin of history. 

But then you have Brazil moving the other direction.

Africa has so many rich natural resources, it could explode into an era of human prosperity if the continent could ever get it's shit together. But it's a fucking mess. They've been looting one another for thousands of years. 

Asia will fall under the Dominion of China as American global dominance recedes. 

Western Europe is fucked for reasons that I could fill many many paragraphs about.

I still have hope for North America. Not for the governments, but for the people and the culture of frontier settlers that is still strong in rural USA and Canada. However I see a second civil war in America as an inevitability.
