I built a couple work benches and an easel this summer. I realized that I'm a very poor carpenter. I'm a great machinist, but something about wood eludes my skill. This work is beautiful, and I have a much greater appreciation for those who work with wood. Thanks for sharing!
you just have to fuck around a bit more. with scraps, few youtube vids, keep an eye out for stuff that you can photo and work out how they built it. The less pressure the better, just keep leaning into it without it being so frustrating you stall the effort. Then when youve got a few hours on your hands, commit to something you actually really want or really save $ doing, and then beast mode it and break the ceiling innit.
