Yes but by far the most important ingredient is self-custody. Bitcoin today lets maybe 1% of humanity self custody. It doesn't separate money and state in it's current form. We need to continue evolving it to be the best money it can be. 

 No it's not.......... if you want to self custody you can do it today, most people choose not to. Adding more features won't change that.
