Everyone starts to build on the developed open source stacks and you can get mass produced “miners” super cheap for every dimension and purpose. We will heat/use excess electricity and join the lottery while decentralizing the network. Meanwhile companies with excess/cheap electricity/need for heat will run their own “pool” instance ensuring freedom of transaction is preserved. OK so your right the holy grail of open source mining is the ASIC chip.
But in this example we gotta do the hardest thing last. And that step is complete right?
Bitcoin is 16 years old and now we are ready go develop our own ASIC chips. So you know what we gotta do?
We gotta take a perfectly good brand new asic and we have to zoom in take photos do 3D scans make macro models talk to experts under what we are looking at and reverse engineering all that way from the start to simple to difficult.
