Profits are derived from individuals' needs. You can't force someone to buy something, they voluntarily do so when they suspect their needs can be met.
I am displeased any time I have to transfer value in the market. I can visualize all the levels of skim and bullshit. I never get fair value in this market because its structure is skewed.

Because I don't need the market to give me pleasure and inefficiencies are what I trade to extract value. Just because I am profiting doesn't mean its fair or right or that I am not being skimmed.
