Agreed.  Ten years ago, the DSM listed surgery as a last resort. Today, it's more like "do what the patient thinks they need".  Like maybe magic skinny pills for an eating disorder, or recommending a girl get her tits done to treat her modern depression 🙄🤦‍♂️
